A majority of staff in Victorian Catholic schools are covered by the Victorian Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2013. The Agreement covers:

The Agreement deals with:
  • positions of leadership
  • workload
  • parental leave and related entitlements
  • long service leave
  • school holiday pay
  • higher duties allowances
  • variation of hours
  • salary assessment.
