Nicole Nabbout is the newest member of the Multicultural Youth Network (MYN). The Mercy College, Coburg, Co-Captain for 2018 received an email from her local Member for Wills, Mr Peter Khalil MP, encouraging and recommending her to be a part of the MYN.

Each year, 20 Victorians aged 16–25 are selected to provide advice to government on issues affecting young Victorians from diverse backgrounds. The MYN also participates in capacity-building activities and aids in developing skills and capabilities of young leaders as well as engaging with communities and building intercultural relationships.

In addition to this, there are opportunities to liaise with ministers and work closely with the Victorian Government to implement youth-led projects on employment, mental health, sport, education and newly arrived young people.
