Santa Maria College, Northcote, has a new space for students and staff to explore life’s deeper questions.

A Connected Community is a new art installation at the college by Jenny Steiner. The four images from the lifecycle of the Illawarra flame tree explore growth, the rhythm of community life, connectedness to the land and to the land’s First Peoples. Since being revealed in August, the installation has become a focal point of reflection for the school community.
