Students at Our Lady of Perpetual Succour School, Surrey Hills, have created a series of prayers for Advent.

Advent is a season celebrating the themes of hope, peace, joy and love, and students have created short audio prayers for families to listen to and discuss each theme. ‘Our students have done an amazing job in creating this prayer series for our community’, said Principal Annie Engellenner. ‘They’ve put great thought into the four Sundays of Advent and what each theme means to our families at this special time in the Church’s calendar.’

Now in its second year, the school’s series of Advent prayers is a way of celebrating Catholic identity, as well as reinforcing the connections between the school and families.
