Padua College provides a contemporary Catholic secondary co-education for young people within the regions of the Mornington Peninsula and Western Port Bay. Padua College was founded in 1898 by the Sisters of Mercy and is named after St Anthony of Padua.
In partnership with our students, staff, parents, parishes and the wider community, Padua College gives witness to the Christian faith in our Catholic tradition. We aim to be a positive, creative, hope-filled learning community where Catholic values and spirit are shared and the sacred dignity of each person is nurtured.
At Padua College we want every student to recognise and utilise their God given talents, to be the best that they can be, and to make a positive impact on their world. This is our North Star and our guiding light. It encompasses our 'why' at Padua College, and allows us to align our vision, values and actions. Students are encouraged to understand how they learn, and are motivated to extend themselves beyond limited horizons to fulfil their true potential.

Padua College has four sub-schools on three distinct campuses located at Mornington, Rosebud and Tyabb. Year 7-9 students are accommodated at all sites, while the Senior Campus is located at Mornington, for all Padua students in Years 10-12.
The College provides our students with individual care and support, specifically within their smaller ‘House' community, where each student is known by name. All of our students benefit from the excellent and extensive facilities of the larger College network.
The College Masterplan ensures that facilities are regularly updated. Recent new buildings include the Whyte Senior Learning Centre, the Performing Arts Centre as well as covered outdoor courts. Beautifully maintained grounds as well as natural bushland help create a peaceful, safe environment which are a feature of each campus.
Year 7-9 Campuses:The Mornington Campus is situated on over 14.5 hectares (36 acres). The Year 7-9 Campus has approximately 720 students at Mornington, while the Rosebud and Tyabb campuses each provide for approximately 320 students in Year 7-9. Each campus offers a peaceful environment in which to participate in the very best that education has to offer.
The College prides itself on its ability to provide up-to-date facilities, a comprehensive range of subjects and excellent resources at each site.
Regular intercampus activities such as House Rally Days for students in Years 7 and 8, and the Aspire9 Program, build relationships that assist in the transition of all our students to the Mornington Senior Campus in Years 10-12.
Mornington Year 10-12 Campus:All of our students attend the Mornington Campus for their Year 10-12 studies, ensuring a significant choice of student pathways and accelerated VCE options for Year 10 students. The Whyte Senior Learning Centre has been purpose-built for our seniors, providing them with state-of-the-art facilities in which to learn and grow.
The Senior Campus home to approximately 1200 students, who may choose to undertake various courses of study. A vast array of VCE subjects allows each student to create a VCE course specific to their pathway; a full VCAL program is also on offer, with a designated Applied Learning Program for Year 10 students. Students also have the possibility to choose from a range of VET subjects as part of studies.
