Students from Emmaus College, Vermont South at the VEX Robotics World Championship.22 May 2019

Emmaus College, Vermont South, qualified for the VEX Robotics World Championship after an excellent result at the Australian Championship.

For the second time in three years, the Emmaus team travelled to Louisville, Kentucky for the World Championship (Science Division), and competed with 95 other teams from around the world. The college received the VEX World Championship Energy Award for their division. This award is presented to a team that displays a high level of enthusiasm and passion at the event.

Emmaus was the only Australian school to receive a trophy at the 2019 VEX Robotics World Championship. Well done to all students involved, as well as the teaching staff and parents who supported the event.
