The Honourable Martin Pakula, member for Keysborough, Attorney General and Minister for Racing said he was ‘very proud to officially open the new Alfred St Early Learning Centre in Noble Park’ on Monday 16 April. Mr Pakula, joined the Mayor of the City of Greater Dandenong, Cr. Youhorn Chea, along with Parish Priest Fr Brian Collins and other officials to open the Alfred Street ELC and cut the ribbon.

The Andrews Labor Government provided $650,000 to help deliver this great new kinder. St Anthony’s Catholic Primary School, Noble Park, has funded the rest of the project. The kinder program is provided by Early Childhood Management Services (ECMS). It has capacity for 66 children with indoor and outdoor play spaces and kindergarten programs for both three and four year olds.

There will also be shared learning experiences with the children at the co-located St Anthony’s Catholic Primary School, making the transition to school seamless. The Early Learning Centre is already flourishing and new partnerships being nurtured and developed.
