Role Description/Criteria

The College Registrar is an important member of the College Team. Working closely with the Principal and Leadership team the Registrar will facilitate an effective and efficient student enrolment process at the College, ensuring that student records for all year levels are maintained from initial enquiry and application to the conclusion of the student life cycle. This position also includes providing daily relief reception at lunchtime, as well as covering Reception in the event the Receptionist is absent, if reasonable notice is provided.


The role of Registrar is a part time (.07 FTE) position and will be subject to a three month probationary period.

Special Requirements

  • experience with the Synergetic Database or SIMON, advantageous but not essential
  • ability to contribute positively, confidently and professionally to a small administration team
  • ability to communicate clearly, confidently and respectfully with people of a range of ethnicities and backgrounds, both verbally and in writing
  • high level interpersonal skills, including ability to handle sensitive information appropriately
  • excellent ICT and data entry skills, including speed,accuracy and competency with Microsoft Office software and Synergetic/SIMON databases
  • current Working with Children Check.
