Role Description/Criteria

St. Joseph's School, Brunswick West, is seeking applications from suitably qualified people for the position of an Administration Officer at St. Joseph's School, Brunswick West.


The successful applicant will be required to work 3 days per week, Wednesday to Friday, between the hours of 8.30 a.m. and 4:36 p.m. A Second Administration Officer works the same hours from Monday to Wednesday. The school administration needs are shared evenly between both officers. For a more detailed description of the role, please see the attached SJS Role Description document.


Recent experience working in a primary school would be an advantage, but is not a necessity.


Salary and conditions will be in accordance with the Victorian Catholic Multi Employer Agreement (VCMEA) 2018 Award.
